Radial HP Armor ESP

Literally a radial hp & armor ring below players feet, disapear on long distances. Commands: cl_radialdisk_toggle # Enables or disables the addon cl_radialdisk_self # Enables or disables rendering the disk on yourself, good for thirdperson cl_radialdisk_size # Set the disk size, 0 means the entity bound box.
This lua needs to be run every time you join into a new server or use autorun checkbox.
