XYZential Head and Chest Camera

The idea behind the addon is to make a supposedly realistic camera for the head or for the chest as in the intelligence services. Of course you can customize the addon with the settings that are already in the addon in the 'Options' item.
This lua needs to be run every time you join into a new server or use autorun checkbox.
